Hi we've noticed this issue where many users are facing with "MSA keeps stopping" issue, please try these steps:
1. Settings –> Apps –> Manage apps –> search "WebView" –>open "Android System WebView" –> Clear all data

1: Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > Search for “WebView” App Info > Uninstall Updates.
